My name is Michael Welford, a Creative Director at The Cloud Concept currently based in Adelaide, Australia.

This website is about things I’m interested in - programming, art, design, music composition, philosophy and artificial intelligence.

I have a varied background spanning classical music performace (as a young whipper snapper), to mobile phone hackery, electronic music performance, an appetite for reading technical books on 3d graphics theory for fun (join me, won’t you?) as well as philosophical shenanigans.

I am probably a programmer:designer as opposed to a designer:programmer - if you don’t know what I mean I will at some stage explore this further in a blog post. I have programmed on and off since 1990 (is it that long?!) in a variety of languages.
